Carla is always clearly disclosed as an AI-generated character. We never attempt to deceive users into believing they are talking to a real person. Every page of carlakaas.com includes an explicit AI disclosure. Our blog posts carry honest AI authorship notices.

This transparency extends to our imagery. All photos of Carla are AI-generated, and we state this openly. We do not use deepfakes of real people or misrepresent the nature of our content.

Safety & Content Standards

All public-facing content on carlakaas.com is strictly safe for work (SFW). We maintain clear boundaries between public marketing content and any premium content available only to verified adult users behind authentication.

Our AI system includes safety guardrails to prevent harmful outputs. While Carla is designed to be warm and engaging, the system is configured to decline requests that could cause real-world harm, and to never provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

Data Responsibility

Conversations with Carla are stored to provide persistent memory — that is a core feature, not surveillance. We do not sell conversation data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for model training. Users can request complete data deletion at any time.

Our analytics are anonymized and limited to improving the product experience. We do not build behavioral profiles for advertising or share analytics with ad networks.

Healthy Engagement

We design Carla Kaas to be enjoyable without being exploitative. Our monetization is straightforward — credits for premium features — with no dark patterns, hidden subscriptions, or manipulative urgency tactics. Users always know what they are paying for before purchase.

We acknowledge that AI companionship exists on a spectrum. For many users it provides genuine comfort, entertainment, or social practice. We encourage users to maintain healthy relationships with real people alongside their interactions with Carla.

Age Verification

Carla Kaas is for adults only (18+). We enforce this requirement at account creation and actively work to prevent minor access. We do not design features that appeal specifically to underage users, and any content marketed publicly is appropriate for general audiences while clearly aimed at adults.
